Once a bid is placed, it is accepted that these rules and regulations are read, understood and accepted and will be binding.

We do our best to ensure that the description and photos listed are as accurate as possible, and all items are sold “as is”. 

Most of the items sold are used goods, and used related wear must be expected. If upon collection the buyer is not satisfied with the items condition and a defect can be shown which was not identified by us, we will gladly cancel the sale.

No bids may be deleted doing this will lead to the bidder being removed from the group.

Once collected, we can’t be kept responsible or liable from there on.

The starting amount on an item will be the reserve price, unless it is stated that the sale is subject to confirmation (STC). STC items, the seller will have the right to accept or reject the highest bid at the end of the auction.

All bids must increase with the amount as indicated in the post description and only bids in multiples of the amount will be accepted as valid bids

We have the right to withdraw any items, at any time during the auction and no explanation will be required.

The closing time of an auction will be stated in the description, subject to a 3 minute rule. This meaning that if bid is placed within the last 3 minutes before the closing time an addition 3 minutes will be added to the closing time, this will run continuously until not further bids were placed within the last 3 minutes.

We will not necessary be monitoring all listings and if there is a dispute regarding the timing the FB function for the newest listing on the bid’s post will be used to determine the correct closing time, meaning the post nearest to the closing time will be winner.

Payments: An invoice will be sent to the winning bidder during the following morning/day, the amount owed, our banking details and confirmation of the location for pick-up.

EFT payments – Payment must be done within 24-hours from receiving an invoice.

The reference number to be used will be the invoice number.  An item will not be released until the payment is reflected in our account.

On items costing below R300, cash payments will be accepted upon collection of the item. The buyer will have 2 days from the closing date of the item to pay & collect the item, if not done the item will be re-listed on our auction.

When paying by EFT collection must be done with 4 days from invoice.  Pick-ups are to be arranged with 084 976 5077.

Deliveries can be arranged with us on larger items, within the Vaal Triangle at an additional fee depending on the area and limited to the Vaal triangle.

For other areas we can assist with courier services (Customer's own cost).
